  1. Have studied on line before, pretty sure I’ll sign up,just going to check it out first and hopefully transfer rank when ready.

    1. Sounds great, Richard! We hope you enjoy your Demo training with us, and we look forward to processing your rank transfer when you’re ready 🙂

    2. I’m very interested in the Krav Maga techniques…in my personal opinion, with some of the knowledge that I have obtained over the years, this is my niche ….Quick incapacitation… I’m 5 foot nuthin… I think this course would be great for defensive, self esteem, thinking fast, plus many other benefits to health, strength, mental and physical

  2. day 1 im just taking a look but hoping it works out. at 44 i really want to learn a skill asap. krav is my initial thought. I did karate in my teens, im still in good shape luckily and still train so really looking forward to this

You can do this! I’m 66, had 4 hip replacements, pelvic rebuild, 6 knee surgeries, heart attack at 48, and 3 lower backs surgeries (fusion). My kicks are low only, but that’s all that’s needed in a street fight. My years of formal training goes back to dinosaurs, but I never stopped training and learning from books, videos, and evolving my techniques into quicker economy of motion. So, if an old man can do this, I have no doubt you WILL be successful. Good luck on this endeavor.

      1. Thanks for your inspirational story! We appreciate you sharing all you’ve been through and overcome.

  3. What is the possibility of success for a 65-year-old dude with arthritis, bad knees, but a never-give-up attitude? I used to collegiate wrestle and was a lifeguard in my teens and twenties.

    1. Hi Shay,
When GMAU students complete the demo level of one of our programs, they receive a white-belt certificate to mark their achievement.
      We hope this helps!
